Terms of use
1. Scope
These terms apply to the Velvet Pan AI Studio informational website and its private, personal-use desktop or home-hosted YouTube analytics and competitor research tool. This website provides information and policies; it does not offer public accounts, subscriptions, or access to the private tool.
2. Authorized, read-only use
Use the private tool only with accounts and data you are entitled to access, within the permissions you grant. Its purpose is read-only analysis of authorized channel data and publicly available competitor information. Do not use it to bypass access controls, obtain private competitor data, or infringe others’ rights.
3. Google and YouTube
The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube-related features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy and applicable YouTube API Services Terms of Service also apply to those services. Velvet Pan AI Studio is an independent project and does not claim endorsement by Google or YouTube.
4. Information and availability
Analytics and research outputs may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. They are informational and do not guarantee channel growth, revenue, or any other result. API availability, permissions, and quotas may limit functionality. The website and private tool are provided as available, without a promise of continuous access or support.
5. Privacy and access
Read the privacy policy before authorizing the private tool. You may revoke Google access through Google Account permissions and contact the operator about deletion of stored data. This public site does not provide an OAuth sign-in flow.
6. Rights and responsibility
YouTube content and third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable platform terms. API access does not grant ownership of that content. You are responsible for decisions made using research outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Changes and contact
